Villa Rules

Dear Guest(s),

Please allow us to wish you a warm welcome and a pleasant stay in our Villas.

These house/villa rules adhere to the use of the Property during your stay and are in line with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Please consider that, by booking your stay at our Property, you accept our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and House/villa rules.

Please be aware that any breach of the house/villa rules may result in penalties, early termination of your stay on the Property as well as any compensation of damages, where applicable.

The house/villa rules are the following:

  1. You shall use any and all available facilities, appliances and other amenities for their intended purpose. The Host shall provide clear instructions on their use on the first day of your stay. Any use outside of their intended purpose might result in penalties or early termination of your stay. Please feel free to contact the Host for any additional instructions on their use.
  2. Any use of the facilities, appliances and other amenities, such as the swimming pool, trampoline, kitchen appliances and other various house appliances on the Property by minors without adult supervision IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. You shall be liable for any damage caused as a result of unsupervised use of the aforementioned amenities. We shall not be liable for any injury that may result from such unsupervised use of the facilities, appliances or other available amenities by minors without adult supervision.
  3. The swimming pool shall be used for recreational swimming ONLY. Any activities such as jumping and diving into the pool ARE FORBIDDEN. The use of kitchenware, glassware or any other amenity around the pool that may result in water damage IS ALSO STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Any such activity or damage caused by such activities may result in penalties or early termination of your stay at the Property.
  4. You are free to use the barbecue, but please make sure that you follow fire safety protocols when doing so. When using the barbecue, please do so on a concrete surface in the backyard, away from grass or plants and away from any windows and walls of the Property. In case of fire, please use the provided fire extinguishing equipment and immediately inform the Host as well as the local fire department on the contact numbers listed below. In case of any fire damage, you shall be fully liable and will be obliged to compensate it in full.
  5. The Host shall instruct you on the use of the heating/cooling system of the Property. For any additional information, please feel free to contact the Host, who shall provide sufficient instructions or personally make changes to the heating/cooling system.
  6. All guests that stay at the Property MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE THE DAY OF THE START OF YOUR STAY at the Property. Any guests that are not registered at the Property shall be asked to leave immediately. Any breach of this rule shall result in a penalty and/or early termination of your stay at the Property.
  7. Any damage caused to the inventory of the Property must be reported to the Host immediately. You shall be liable for any such damage and shall compensate it at the end of your stay.
  8. Please do not attempt to service any malfunctioning appliances, inventory, facilities or other amenities of the Property. Any such action might result in the breach of the appropriate warranty. Please immediately inform the Host of any malfunction of the facilities, inventory and other amenities of the Property. The Host shall take immediate, appropriate action to facilitate such malfunctions.
